Qualitative section Twelve experts of the gaming industry, using purposive sampling method, were selected from among the activists and officials of the gaming industry of the country as Delphi panel. In the quantitative part, from the results obtained by the Delphi method, a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire was prepared for the descriptive survey method, and 220 computer game makers in Tehran were surveyed by a questionnaire. According to the research findings, 11 indicators, which are ideologically necessary to produce a competitive computer game, were identified by the Delphi panel. Also, according to a census conducted by the creators of computer games in Tehran, paying attention to the ideological dimension with an average of 4.34, is necessary to produce a game and is of great importance.

Abstract

The present study is a descriptive-correlational study, which aims to investigate the mediating role of teamwork in relation to the ethical culture and organizational voice of teachers. 1302 teachers of district one of Ardabil province in the academic year 1399-1398 formed the statistical population and using Morgan table, 292 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The required information was collected using standard questionnaires of Lanchioni (2000), Moral Culture of Goble et al. (2011) and Organizational Voices of Zuhair and Ardoughan (2011). Data analysis was performed using Spss21 and 8lisrel software. Thus, the results of testing the above hypotheses indicate that the direct effect of moral culture on the organizational voice of teachers is equal to 0.53, which shows the positive effect of moral culture on the organizational voice of teachers. On the other hand, the indirect effect of moral culture on organizational sound through Cartesian is 0.25. According to the findings of the present study, ethical culture can explain changes in organizational voice both directly and through the mediating role of teamwork, so organizations should pay special attention to institutionalizing teamwork and applying the style of ethical culture.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of inverse education on motivation of elementary students in mathematics. The research method was quasi-experimental, which was a traditional teaching method in the control group and the reverse class method was performed in the two experimental groups. The statistical population of the study consisted of male and female students in the sixth grade of elementary school in Talesh city in the academic year 1398-99. The sample of this study includes 42 male and female students of the sixth grade of elementary school, including 23 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group, who were selected by available sampling method. In this way, first two schools were selected from the primary schools of Talesh city that were available and then from each school of the sixth grade which included male and female students and had an almost equal volume. Students in each class were examined in two groups of reverse experiment and control group. Harter's motivational motivation questionnaire was used to collect data. The reliability coefficients of the scales of this instrument were reported between 0.05 to 0.830 using the 20-coder-Richardson formula. Multivariate analysis of covariance was also used to analyze the data. The results showed that the research hypotheses about the effectiveness of reverse education on students' academic motivation were confirmed and the students in the experimental group had more academic motivation than the students in the control group in the post-test. Therefore, it can be concluded that the reverse education method is effective on students' academic motivation in mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study; was studying of hierarchical analysis of the supply chain optimal model in Iranian government agencies. After reviewing the research background as well as interviewing the experts, the four main components; Individual factors, organizational factors, supply chain process and rules and regulations for research modeling were identified. In this study, using Delphi technique, the criteria were classified as sub-criteria of the study. Then, using structural equations, the relationship between components and sub-components with each other and also their impact on the supply chain in government agencies were evaluated. Finally, different models were investigated using system identification dynamics. The results of estimating structural equations showed that organizational factors with a coefficient of 0.901 have the greatest effect on the supply chain. Other results also showed that the rules and regulations and the supply chain process have a significant effect on the supply chain, while individual factors do not have a significant effect on the supply chain. The results of evaluating the score model using the AHP method showed that reliability with a score of 0.301 has the highest score among other components. Measures of supply chain agility with 0.226, supply chain costs with 0.191, supply chain asset management with 0.180 and supply chain accountability with a score of 0.102 are in the next priorities. In the section on system identification dynamics, dynamic hypotheses, causal relationships, and flow-state were also examined.

Abstract

within the past few years we have seen an increase in direct foreign investment flow to Islamic countries. However, FDI flow to Islamic countries is scant with respect to other spots of the world. The reasons for this include widespread culture, red tail in regulations and civil wars in Islamic countries. Thus, this study aims to identify factors which affect FDI flows to Islamic countries with emphasis on marketing culture. Data belong to the time period 2006-2014. After investigation of reliability of the constructs and determination of an appropriate model, we used panel data method for estimation of model. The results of this research showed that customer orientation degree, buyer sophistication and tax rate have positive impacts and variables like source of knowledge, efficiency of labor, market size and inflation rate have negative impacts on FDI flows to Islamic countries.

Abstract

the present study is applied in terms of purpose and correlation in terms of implementation. The statistical population of study consists of the employees at Asr Telecommunication and Information Technology Company, which according to the information obtained from the recruitment of the central organization is 300 employees. The number of samples according to Morgan table is equal to 169 people. To determine the content validity, the questionnaires were presented to three experienced professors and experts in the field of management to review the content. In this study, Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the test. To analyze the data, the normality of the data distribution is tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. If it is normal, Pearson correlation coefficient has been used to analyze the hypotheses. The relative importance method is also used to explain the role of variables in the dependent variable. The research findings show that the components of multifactorial leadership explain 15.6% of technology acceptance, in which the transformational leadership dimension has the highest relative weight and the exchange leadership dimension has the lowest relative weight. Also, conversion leadership with 62.82 percent and exchange leadership with 37.17 percent have a weight share in the impact on technology acceptance. Therefore, the research hypothesis that the relative weight of multidimensional leadership dimensions in the impact on technology acceptance is not the same was confirmed.

Also, it was a survey field that was conducted using fieldwork. The statistical population of this research was all citizens of Tehran. Regarding the nature of the research, cluster sampling and simple random sampling were used. At first, four districts of Tehran were selected according to the geographical location and then the samples were selected randomly from the four mentioned areas. The sample size of the study was 384 with Morgan table. The research instrument was Bourdieu Cultural Capital Questionnaire (1965) and a researcher-made questionnaire on the use of various types of social networks. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed and then the questionnaire was distributed among the sample. In the descriptive statistics section, frequency, frequency, mean and standard deviation were used. In the inferential statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to examine the data distribution and Pearson correlation and independent t-test were used to test the hypotheses of the research. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software version 22.
